Located in Xuwen county, Zhanjiang, Guangdong province, Xuwen Youth Internet Startup Park is the city's first internet entrepreneurship park. It aims to stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm in young people, enhance their capabilities, as well as help promote Xuwen's agricultural transformation and upgrading.
Established on July 6, 2015, the startup park is composed of two parts. The main park is located in the Xuwen Agricultural Products Trading Market, with an area of about 2,100 square meters, which can accommodate 100 companies. The other part is a cross-border e-commerce park, with an area of about 1,600 square meters that can accommodate 60 companies. With its reasonable layout and complete facilities, the entire park is an e-commerce service platform that integrates offices, product displays, a book bar, an e-commerce salons, art photography, warehousing and logistics, entrepreneurship financing, as well as talent training.
Xuwen county has also exempted the local youth entrepreneurial teams stationed in the park from rent, provided a number of preferential policies to support youth entrepreneurs, as well as created a convenient and fast one-stop services platform to offer information regarding issues like start-up capital, small loans, and business subsidies. At present, 100 entrepreneurial teams have all settled in the main park.

Since its operation, the park has supported hundreds of young people to start businesses and drive employment. A variety of entrepreneurship competitions have been held, various entrepreneurship training sessions have been conducted, and a number of e-commerce and agricultural public welfare activities have been carried out, which have effectively cultivated, encouraged, and supported the growth of local entrepreneurial youth.
In order to promote the development of e-commerce in Xuwen country, the park is currently recruiting outstanding enterprises. It is targeting: e-commerce companies that use e-commerce platforms like Taobao, Tmall, and Alibaba as their main operating channels; internet based third-party e-commerce platform companies similar to B2B and B2C; as well as e-commerce service providers and companies that engage in e-commerce hosting, agency operations, and channel outsourcing.
Companies that are engaged in e-commerce operations and have a complete online store management and operation team can enjoy entrepreneurial support policies, such as free trial venues and office equipment, expert training and guidance, legal consulting, financial management, as well as resource sharing.
