As of Feb 24, 34 key projects under construction in Wuchuan, Zhanjiang have all resumed work and 3,706 staff members have returned to their positions. Among them, 17 provincial key projects have 2,266 workers and three municipal projects have 812 workers. 

At present, various key construction projects in Wuchuan are taking multiple measures to recruit and supplement workers within the province, while also contributing to the novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control efforts after work resumption. It is expected that key construction projects under construction in the city will achieve full production by the end of February or the beginning of March.

In order to help enterprises resume production, Wuchuan has organized a number of working groups to 15 towns (streets), development zones, and industrial parks in the city to serve and guide enterprises in understanding the new situation and new problems in their operation, as well as to complete investigations regarding, personnel management, implementation of safety measures, and material reserves in the prevention and control of the epidemic.

The government has coordinated arrangements for emergency materials and set up emergency special loans to support the resumption of key construction projects.

The government has also assisted companies in guiding employees to return to work through shuttle buses and chartered vehicles. In addition, employment services for key enterprises have been conducted.
