A number of Zhanjiang agricultural products with strong competitive characteristics drew great attention at the 17th China Agricultural Trade Fair (CATF), which was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi province from Nov 15 to 18.
CATF is a large-scale agricultural industry event approved by the State Council and sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It has been successfully held for 17 sessions, becoming the most authoritative and influential comprehensive agricultural industry event in China.
In order to demonstrate the latest achievements in the development of modern ecological agriculture in western Guangdong, Zhanjiang organized 49 famous agricultural products enterprises to participate in the fair, showcasing well-known products such as Lingnan red oranges, Minghuang Tea, and dragon fruit.
According to incomplete statistics, during the four-day fair, the Zhanjiang pavilion achieved on-site sales of more than 260,000 yuan ($37,006.41), signing contracts amounting to 18 million yuan and intentions to purchase amounting to 21.8 million yuan.
