Shenzhen Longgang (Wuchuan) Industrial Transfer Park is located in Huangpo town, Wuchuan, Zhanjiang. It is within a half-hour drive from Zhanjiang Port, Zhanjiang Airport, Zhanjiang Railway Station, and the Guangzhou-Zhanjiang Expressway. The park is jointly built by the Wuchuan government, the Shenzhen Longgang district government, and Shenzhen Huayu Group.

The total planned area of the park is 7,251 mu (483.4 hectares). It is planned to be developed in three phases in eight years. Its main industries are light industry, electronics and steel, as well as petrochemical downstream industries, supporting them with logistics and storage facilities. At the end of 2009, it has invested 300 million yuan to complete the first phase, leading 10 enterprises to settle in the park.

Special personnel will be arranged to handle matters concerning administrative examination and approval for enterprises who want to start a business there. The municipal administrative service center is responsible for organizing and implementing foreign investment projects for its consultation, project approval, approval, registration, certification, and related coordination work.
