The finals of the 2017 National Water Skiing Tournament were held at the Huguangyan scenic spot of Zhanjiang from Nov 11 to 13. More than 70 athletes from across the country took part in the tournament.

On behalf of different cities and provinces, they pitted their skills against each other in men's and women's trick skiing, slaloming, jumping, wakeboarding, barefoot skiing and triathlons, not to mention mixed stunt jumps and duo skills.

As the highest level waterskiing competition in China, the event is hosted by the Water Sports Administrative Center of the General Administration of Sport and the Chinese Water Ski Association once a year.
