Yin Li, Party secretary of Fujian province, released a report stating that the province will implement the strategy of invigorating the province with talents in the new era at the 11th Fujian Provincial Congress of the Communist Party of China that opened in Fuzhou on Nov 26.

Lan Zhen, Party secretary and teacher of Zhangzhou Experimental Primary School, said that she was most impressed by this talent strategy. 

Deeply concerned about rural education, Lan Zhen hopes the government would carry out more policies in the next five years to attract more talents to join the ranks of rural teachers in order to improve the overall quality of rural education. 

Lan also hopes that the government would further improve the treatment of rural teachers and provide them more room for development. Lan said that it is only through these measures can rural teachers feel a greater sense of achievement and happiness.
