African young man discovers modern countryside in Zhejiang

This is the third episode of the Foreign Anchors Watching Zhejiang Provincial Congress series, which features Mashindke Katombe Merveille, a young man from the Democratic Republic of the Congo who has been studying in Hangzhou for almost four years.
In this episode, Merveille follows Wang Yun, a young farmer, learning about the modern technology used to grow rice in Qintang township, Jiande city, Hangzhou and the story behind Wang's decision to return to the fields and stick to farm work after graduating from college.

The 15th CPC Zhejiang Provincial Congress commenced in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province on June 20. A total of 733 delegates attended.
At the congress, the achievements Zhejiang has made over the past five years were reviewed and the province's development goals for the next five years will be proposed.
