Zhuji, a county-level city in Shaoxing, Zhejiang province, has been holding the Wuxie Waterfall Watching Festival every April since 1999, as the Wuxie waterfall is at its best at that time of the year.

Wuxie refers to five waterfalls, which vertically connect but differ in shape from each other. Various activities such as tea tasting, watching tea ceremonies and spring outing are held during the festival.
