On Taohua Island in Zhoushan, Zhejiang province, a group of doctors are emerging as true-life heroes. Traveling aboard a medical ship, they deliver free healthcare services to residents on remote islands. In the past, many elderly islanders spent hours on boats just to see a doctor. Today, medical staff from provincial and city hospitals regularly volunteer on their days off to bring healthcare directly to local communities. Regardless of distance or weather, they remain steadfast in their mission.
