The Ministry of Education has approved the establishment of the CJLU-ARU Joint Institute, according to the list of approved China-foreign cooperative institutions and programs for the second half of 2025.

The institute is jointly established by China Jiliang University and the United Kingdom's Anglia Ruskin University, and will offer undergraduate and master's education.

Undergraduate programs include artificial intelligence, automation, and mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation. A master's program in artificial intelligence will also be offered.
