Authorities of Wuxi in Jiangsu province kicked off the latest spring outing season in Lingshan Mountain scenic area on March 3.

The activity witnessed the launch of the 2024 spring tourism products involving tourism routes for flowers, nighttour, countryside landscape, and culture.

Masters of intangible cultural heritage items showed off their crafts such as plant rubbing and kite making at the ceremony, adding a bright touch to the spring day.

After the ceremony, participants and tourists went hiking from Lingshan Mountain to Longtou Islet, or Dragon's Head Islet, which is a peninsula formed by a portion of Dachu Mountain that extends into Taihu Lake.
