Xiangshan Lake Hotel, a super five-star international hotel in Xiangshan Lake Park off Jianmin Road, has been capped for further mechanical and electrical equipment installation and interior decoration. It is scheduled to start operation in 2024.

The hotel's construction started in August 2020 with cooperation of Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality, and is set to be the best hotel for business and leisure trips in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Its overall building scheme was designed by He Jingtang, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, while the hotel's interior was designed by Hong Kong Cheng Chung Design, a global top hotel design institute.

The award-winning landscape design team, Coopers Hill, is in charge of the hotel's landscape design, and LucentLit Lighting Design, an international light design company, is also engaged in the hotel's construction. 

The hotel will have 146 guest rooms with supporting facilities such as swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, meeting rooms, and a children's playground.

Feng Haibin, executive director of the hotel's investor, noted that the hotel will connect Xiangshan Lake Park and the Xiangshan Cloud Walkway to provide visitors with engaging nature tourism sites. Additionally, more than 1,100 parking spaces will also be built to upgrade Zhuhai's tourism service capacity.
