Located in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin, the Macao-Hengqin Youth Entrepreneurship Valley (Inno Valley HQ) is operated by Zhuhai Da Heng Qin Development.

Since its opening in 2015, the facility on East Huandao Road has become a popular place for Macao and Hong Kong youth seeking to start businesses on the Chinese mainland. It is also a national advertising industrial park that promotes cultural-creative industries.

Inno Valley has garnered dozens of accolades as National Science & Technology Enterprise Incubator, National Maker Space, and Guangdong-Macao Youth Innovation & Entrepreneurship Base. It is expected to become a domestically-renowned industrial park that demonstrates deepened Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao cooperation with professional teams, market-oriented operation, and international standards.

As of May 2021, it has cultivated 503 Hong Kong and Macao companies and attracted 74 high-tech companies.
