According to the COVID-19 Response Plan (Version No. 9) and the Notification on Further Optimizing the COVID-19 Response with a Science-based and Targeted Approach issued by the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, we hereby notify you of measures for providing science-based and targeted PCR testing services as follows:

1. On-arrival PCR Testing Services will continue to be provided in coach stations, intercity railway stations, airports, and ports. Travelers from other provinces can take a PCR test upon arrival on a voluntary basis. They could leave immediately after the test without any travel restrictions.

2. Those who are given red health codes shall report to their community (village) and wait for door-to-door PCR testing service at their residence as required. Yellow code holders shall go to designated medical institutions for PCR tests. During this period, they shall wear masks and avoid traveling by bus.

3. People with high exposure risks in their working places and key personnel are subject to regular mandatory PCR testing.

 4. Self-pay PCR testing services are available at community testing sites for residents in need.(Mixed tube 2.5 yuan/person; single tube 13 yuan/person)

5. During testing, residents shall wear masks at all times, keep a distance of one meter from others, and avoid talking or gathering.

 6. Residents without COVID-19 symptoms or high exposure risks in their working places, and those who are not key personnel are advised not to take PCR tests.

The measures above shall be implemented from December 4, 2022, and will be adjusted dynamically according to the COVID-19 situation. Thank you for your understanding, support and cooperation.
