The move will strengthen overseas IP protection and promote the pilot operation of a national scheme to fast-track the resolution of IP disputes.
Zhuhai Intellectual Property Bureau and its three cooperation partners will jointly provide guidance for local enterprises in overseas IP risk prevention and control and dispute resolution. They will also form an overseas dispute-handling network, and offer efficient services and support for Zhuhai's "Industry First" strategy.
