Contracts on 10 major projects to settle in the Huafa industry 5.0 space of Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone (Tangjiawan) were signed on Nov 22. 

The projects are invested in by outstanding enterprises in the biomedicine and health, integrated circuits, new generation information technology, as well as intelligent manufacturing industries, such as Zettastone Technology and Hengerlang Industry.

With total investment of nearly 700 million yuan ($98 million), these projects are expected to generate over 2 billion yuan ($280 million) in revenue upon operation. 

Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone and Huafa Group will provide one-stop precise services that are available all day round. Huafa Group will make full use of its diversified businesses and professional teams to provide services integrating investment and financing, marketing, as well as real estate management.

As of now, 86 projects have settled in the industry 5.0 space project areas of Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, such as Area D of the Zhuhai Greater Bay Area (GBA) Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, Phase II of the Big Data Center, as well as Gangwan No 7 Super Industrial Community.

Altogether, they will occupy floorage of 645,000 sqm (159 acres), accounting for 66.5 percent of the factories to be capped by the end of 2022.
