Zhuhai-based Jafron Biomedical made the 2022 List of National Technological Innovation Demonstrative Enterprises, which was released by the Ministry of Industry & Information Technology on Nov 10.

A total of 65 enterprises around the country made the list. Jafron Biomedical, credited for its capacity in sci-tech research and technological innovation in blood purification, became the third Zhuhai enterprise on the list after Livzon Pharmaceutical Group and Gree Electric Appliances.

Jafron Biomedical has built the strongest research and development platform in China for hemoperfusion devices and a number of workstations with more than 600 researchers. It now ranks at the top globally in terms of blood purification devices, especially in hemoperfusion and blood adsorption.

A staff member of Jafron Biomedical said the national title is a high recognition of the enterprise's innovation capacity and brand influence.
