Forty-three interesting online and on-site public cultural events have been planned by the Publicity Department of the CPC Zhuhai Municipal Committee and Zhuhai Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism & Sports to entertain the public during the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, which will run from Sept 10 to 12.

Zhuhai's cultural venues and relevant city landmarks, including Zhuhai Library, Zhuhai Museum, Jinwan District Library, as well as Xiangzhou, Doumen, and Jinwan cultural centers, will welcome attendees.

Among these events are theme exhibitions, picture book storytelling activities about the Mid-Autumn Festival, calligraphy and painting exhibitions by Zhuhai primary and middle school students on the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, intangible cultural heritage experiences, as well as jazz concerts. 

The latest information on the events have been released on the official WeChat accounts of the cultural venues. Of note, residents must follow relevant COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control measures to participate in on-site events. 

In addition, the 2022 Zhuhai Mid-Autumn Festival Gala will be held tonight to celebrate the traditional Chinese festival and the first anniversary of the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. The gala will be livestreamed on mobile apps of People's Daily and CCTV, as well as Guangdong, Zhuhai, and Macao media.
