Zhuhai service trade sees robust growth in H1
Zhuhai undertook $897 million in outsourcing services in the first half of 2022, a 21.29 percent year-on-year increase, despite the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
To date, the city has accomplished 61.74 percent of its annual target for outsourcing services.

Zhuhai is the only city in the Chinese mainland that is connected directly by roadway to both Hong Kong and Macao, with the two SARs long being important resources of outsourcing services for Zhuhai.
The city undertook $98.79 billion in outsourcing services in the first half of the year from Hong Kong and Macao, with a year-on-year growth of 18.45 percent. Among them, $69.84 million was from Hong Kong, up 40.86 percent.
To date, the Zhuhai Association of Service Trade & Outsourcing has provided face-to-face guidance on service trade policies for 41 Zhuhai enterprises to promote public industrial service. Financial docking, project matching, and talent recommendation were also provided to its members.
