The Zhuhai High-Caliber Talents Service Area unveiled its plaque on March 10 with dedicated zones for policy promotion, meetings, reading, activities, and water bars. Visitors can handle 111 issues in 19 foreign-related aspects there.

The service area is located on the third floor of the Zhuhai Human Resources & Social Security Bureau's service building on Hongshan Road in New Xiangzhou and consists of three tranquil and separate service counters.

Pan Weiming, head of the bureau, said that the service area is a municipal platform offering one-stop services for overseas talents. It is also an innovative measure taken by the city to attract high-caliber talents from home and abroad, with efforts to make Zhuhai a talent-friendly and youth-friendly city. 

Three skilled staff members able to speak foreign languages will provide one-on-one services for international talents in Zhuhai regarding issues like talent qualification declarations, employment, starting up businesses, children's education, as well as resident and work visas. 

Key points of the 111 issues are presented on electronic screens, enabling the visitors to find the information they want quickly, according to a staff member. 

Dr Cheng of Zhuhai DeltaFit Finance Technology, who received a Zhuhai Talent Card while visiting the service area that day, praised Zhuhai's innovation and entrepreneurship environment as it has provided high-quality development platforms and considerate services for talents. 

Quan Guan of the Zhuhai Human Resources & Social Security Bureau added that the bureau will make more breakthroughs in attracting, cultivating, and using overseas talents in the future.
