Planned are eight government service offices for public security, social insurance, real estate, and human resources affairs. There also will be space for business registrations plus judicial, comprehensive, and public services.
There will be more than 130 windows to serve 3,000 people daily within a hall measuring 1,000 sqm (10,764 sq ft). The use of new-generation information technology such as big data, artificial intelligence, and 5G is to save individuals and enterprises from having to go place to place because the current Doumen Administrative Service Center on Zhufeng Avenue doesn't have enough space.
In addition, the new center will have more than 32,000 sqm (8 acres) for a youth entrepreneurship community and 10,000 sqm (2.5 acres) of business facilities including a bank, supermarket, bookstore, café, restaurants, and shared spaces.
The major structure should be topped off in September 2022. When construction is completed in January 2023, the facility is to be a Greater Bay Area youth entrepreneurship center, comprehensive industry service locale for western Zhuhai, and benchmark for district government services.
