China Post Group will release two commemorative stamps May 21 depicting Zhuhai Port and Gwadar Port in Pakistan in celebration of the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries. China Post will also hold the "100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party" in Zhuhai that day as the first stop of a philatelic national tour in Guangdong.

Zhuhai Port is one of the 24 major coastal hub ports in China and one of the five major ports in Guangdong. It serves as a significant node on the Maritime Silk Road. Gwadar became a Sister City of Zhuhai on April 20, 2015 and is transformed from a fishing port into a major port city with improved communication links with the rest of Pakistan.

Located on the southwestern coast of Balochistan as the third largest deep-water port in Pakistan, Gwadar Port is an important node of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. It is situated on the shipping route from the African and European continents to East Asia via the Red Sea, Strait of Hormuz, Persian Gulf, and Pacific Ocean.
