Bathers take to Haibin Beach after 18-month-long ban
Swimming is permitted once again at Haibin Beach (City Parlor) in Jida after a 549-day (18-month) hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to operator Zhuhai Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings.
Designated swim areas are open 10 am to 6:30 pm daily through October, weather permitting. Still, swimmers should follow the instructions of on-site staff members and heed epidemic prevention and control measures.
Shower rooms, "intelligent" lockers, convenient stores, the beach, and surrounding water areas have undergone maintenance and cleaning.
