The Tangjia Number 1 Industrial Zone is sited east of Gangwan Avenue across from century-old Tangjia Town. It will house a comprehensive urban complex integrating a high-end shopping center, two high-end office buildings, and three apartment buildings for high-end talents, according to Pan Feng, general manager of Zhuhai Hi-Tech.
The fashionable modern architectures will become an integrated culture-business-tourism landmark, echoing the nearby Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University and Ancient Tangjia Town.
Jinfa Industrial Zone
In addition, a super industrial cluster will take form in the Jinfa Industrial Zone and surrounding areas. Located at the Gangwan Avenue-Jinqin Express Road intersection and west of the Gaoxin Interchange, Jinfa will be connected to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Corridor sea channel and highway-railway Shenzhen-Zhuhai Link.
The Jinding Number 1 Industrial Zone will also be given a facelift to complement the Jinding Market, Zhuhai Hi-Tech Zone People's Hospital, and Jinding Cultural Square in the core area of Jinding Town.
