The plan calls for all-cycle cultivation services from incubation to growth and marketization to universities, scientific research institutions, R&D personnel, start-ups, and partners. The entries not only receive "cloud" resources of up to 1 million yuan ($144,800), but also Huawei's support in core technology, marketing, and venture capital.
Xu Jinshuai, head of the Cloud Ecology Development Department at Huawei's Cloud BU, explained the Select Cloud Market Partner System. Select partners in the Huawei Cloud Marketplace will be promoted for maximized marketing benefits.
The two plans are to help start-ups lower the threshold of innovation and entrepreneurship and extend market and ecological chains in Xiangzhou's digital industrialization sector.
Pang Qiancong, deputy head of the Xiangzhou government, said Huawei has cooperated extensively with the district in AI innovation and application, cloud computing and data service, and talent exchange and cultivation. It is expected that local enterprises will advance industrial transformation and upgrades and propel high-quality development relying on Huawei's hardcore technology and diversified resources.
