Campgrounds for recreational vehicles will be part of the amenities when the classic Lingnan (Cantonese) garden Phase II section of Xiangshan Lake Park opens for the May Day holiday.

Outdoor and RV camping (living in motorized or towable overnight trailers) culture will accompany sightseeing and waterside pavilions, a lake, old-fashioned covered bridge, waterfall, and lake-circling walkways.

Xiangshan Lake-Sumlodol Camping Rest Station consists of three clusters at where the lakeside landscape belt abuts the mountainous park area. The station has been undertaken by Zhuhai Da Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development and Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings.

Cluster 1 at the west wing contains two 8-m (8.75-yd) camping trailers and a kiosk to provide tour information and other services.

In the middle of the rest station, Cluster 2 includes an outdoor sport club caravan for tips on basic outdoor survival skills including mountain climbing, first aid, and risk control.

Cluster 3 in the northeast wing has two more camping trailers, a support facility, and stand-alone courtyard for camping-themed parties and cultural exchanges.

The downtown park is located off Jianmin Road north of West Meihua Road and east of Zhuhai Number 1 High School. The administration will organize community activities for schools and residents in the neighborhood, according to Zhuhai Da Hengqin Pan-Tourism Development.

It will provide lush eaglewood, delonix regia, musa basjoo, and a bamboo forest, all grown naturally on Fenghuang Mt.
