A Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) offering an 83,694-sq-m (21-acre) state-owned tract in the south part of the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone's Technological Innovation Coast is being publicized on the website of the Zhuhai Natural Resources Bureau.

It requires construction of a large shopping mall with first-tier domestic brands. 

The enclosed shopping center, located north of Gangwan Avenue and east of North Jinfeng Road in Tangjiawan, will have floorage of at least 85,000 sq m (21 acres).

Over 70 percent of the floor area will feature big-brand anchor stores, including a first-tier supermarket of more than 5,000 sq m (1.24 acres), art center or gallery of over 3,000 sq m (.74 acres), and quality bookstore of over 5,000 sq m.

Also called for is a hotel of more than 5,000 sq m, which will be built to five-star standards. Its communication center will be able to host meetings, exhibitions, and business events.

The bid winner shall submit a management contract demonstrating settlement Taikoo Hui, Hang Lung Plaza, APM, K11, Mixc, Raffles, Powerlong, or Xintiandi (New Land) to the Administrative Committee of the development zone within 90 days of the signing date.
