Eligibility underscored for half price on HZMB shuttles
Children must be both under age 12 and less than 1.2 m (3.9 ft) tall to be charged half price for Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) shuttle bus tickets as of July 18, it has just been announced.
Previously, the child fare was half price if he or she was either under 12 or less than that height, meaning that a kid age 13 or more who was 3.5-ft tall, for instance, would qualify. Alternatively, as of now a 10-year-old who is 4-ft tall, who was discounted before, is charged full fare.
Meanwhile, the half-price discount for those 65 or older and people with disabilities remains unchanged.
