Fushan Industrial Park all-services building topped off
One of three Industrial Service Center Phase I buildings to provide convenience for 300 enterprises at Fushan Industrial Park was topped off on Dec 26. After façade construction and interior decoration, the five-story facility is to open in September 2019.
The building will be for governmental affairs, sci-tech innovation, technical support, and intermediary services.

Phase I of the service center complex consists of an 11-floor and two five-story commercial-use office buildings with combined floorage of 39,000 sq m (9.6 acres).
The project is being developed by the Administrative Committee of Fushan Industrial Park and Huafa Group.
Once operational, the service center will house public security, customs, industry and commerce, taxation, and other departments. They will provide one-stop services so that enterprises need not go out of the park for them any longer.

Fushan Industrial Park is a harbor-oriented manufacturing industry cluster located in Qianwu and Doumen towns. The park has 55 sq km (21.25 sq miles) for overall industrial use.
There are now 100 km (62 miles) of roads, 2.6 million sq m (642 acres) of landscaping and 830,000 sq m (205 acres) of buildings under construction there. A network of eight north-south and 11 east-west roads is planned. They will constitute 150 km (93 miles) of arterial roads and 178 km (111 miles) of collector streets.
Construction of a Neighborhood Center, Transport Hub, and kindergarten and primary school are to be completed by 2020. Furthermore, a Sci-Tech Innovation Center is to be ready by 2022.
China CRR group, Yuchai Group, Wärtsilä Group, Xiuzheng Pharmaceutical, China Resources Thermoelectricity, Gree, Founder Technology, Tsingtao Beer, TP-Link Technology, and Jiesai Technology are among the companies already well-established in the park.
