Zhuhai Southern Software Park Development Co was honored on Aug 8 as the 2018 China Service Park Industry-Leading Enterprise based on high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship service, and excellent incubation results.

The award was granted at the Global Innovative Corporation Conference (GICC) in Beijing. There, the GICC Organizing Committee and China Software Industry Association called upon thousands of small and micro businesses to help develop business intelligence. Nearly a hundred startups, service providers, and venture capitalists responded.

A two-month evaluation of corporate digitalization recognized a new level achieved by Zhuhai Southern Software Park. The company was highly rated for innovation and efficiency and for use of digital technologies and data.

Southern Software Park is based in the Zhuhai National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Tangjiawan.

The national software industrial base and State-level sci-tech enterprise incubator has serviced more than 1,000 sci-tech companies. Among them are five listed on the Main Board Market and another five on the New Third Board, also known as National Equities Exchange & Quotations.

The park is home to 67 High & New-Technology Enterprises and 25 firms founded by returned overseas scholars. They are assisted by six experts involved in the Thousand Talents Plan. Employing more than 6,000 people, the park has the highest number of local graduates. Prominent businesses such as Yunzhou-Tech and DBJ Technologies (Zhuhai) have been cited for having spun off the most concentrated cluster of middle, small, and micro enterprises.
