Hosted by the Supreme People's Court (SPC) of China, the Maritime Silk Road (Quanzhou) International Forum on Judicial Cooperation (2023) was held in Quanzhou, East China's Fujian province, on Oct 26, 2023. Zhang Jun, China's chief justice and president of the SPC, attended the event and delivered a keynote speech.

Justices and judges from countries including Honduras, Indonesia, the Kyrgyz Republic, Papua New Guinea, Qatar, Samoa, Thailand and Venezuela, attended the forum and delivered speeches on the four topics of "The Role of the Supreme Court in Safeguarding Justice and Improving Efficiency", the "Innovative Development of International Commercial Dispute Resolution Mechanisms", "Digital Economy, E-commerce along the Silk Road, and Online Dispute Resolution", and "Issues on Evidence Collection of Cross-border Crimes".
