To streamline overseas investment approvals, Shanghai has announced a new consultation service point in the Hongqiao International Central Business District, which is set to open on Dec 31.
This addition marks the completion of a "4+1" layout for the city's ODI (outbound direct investment) consultation services. Earlier this year, four specialized ODI consultation windows were established in the city and have been well-received by enterprises, providing face-to-face policy consultations for overseas investment projects.
Appointments can be booked via the "丝路e启行" mini-program.
Note: The new Hongqiao service point offers basic policy consultations only and does not handle document submissions or project approvals.
