The "6+365" platform, built by Greenland Global Commodity Trade Hub Group in the Qingpu Area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District, was selected as a pilot case of national service industry standardization by the Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Market Regulation in 2021.
In recent years, Greenland Global Commodity Trade Hub has focused on enhancing its "sourcing, importing, exhibiting, selling, and cultivating" business process. It has also moved to provide in-depth services for national exhibitions such as the China International Import Expo and the China International Consumer Products Expo.
The hub strengthens import trade around high-quality supply chains, shoulders the responsibility of ensuring people's livelihood through retail outlets, and improves the construction of the commercial and trade industrial chain system.
During the construction process, Greenland Global Commodity Trade Hub established a working mechanism that included government guidance, standard leadership, and full staff participation.
As a purchaser and exhibitor at six consecutive CIIEs, the hub has organized over 500 enterprises from more than 50 countries and regions to participate in the event, showcasing over 3,000 brands. It has also contributed to the launch of about 120 new products, including an 88-carat French black diamond, Argentine leather goods, Colombian preserved flowers, Mexican tequila, Sri Lankan tea, Turkish ceramic plates, Syrian essential oils, Irish whiskey, Nepalese cashmere scarves, Afghan handmade carpets and Pakistani natural salt lamps.
The platform has attracted 180 merchants from 76 countries and regions, established 63 national pavilions authorized by relevant foreign embassies and consulates in China, and exhibited over 20,000 products identical to those at the CIIE. It has also promoted the entry of over 5,000 products into domestic markets across China through its industrial chain services.
