The West Hongqiao Area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District has launched a comprehensive talent service window to provide improved resources and support.
Officially put into operation in May 2023, the window offers a range of services related to recruiting talent recruitment, helping international students get settled, and issuing Shanghai overseas talent residence permits. These services aim to meet the demands of enterprises, professionals, and the general public.
To further improve the business environment and enhance talent services, the West Hongqiao Area has also conducted a series of training lectures, which are designed to optimize the comprehensive service plans while also offering remote video assistance and online guidance on business materials.
