The East Hongqiao Center, or Aspire, announced on Sept 1 that it will build a new business community to further optimize the area's business environment and drive high-quality growth.
Developed by China Merchants Shekou and CEAInvestment and located in the Changning Area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (Hongqiao CBD), the center was officially opened last November.
The center is currently home to many leading companies such as Inceptio Technology, Air Ground Internet Technology and Kone.
During the launch ceremony of the business community, which is called "MOffice", the center also welcomed an investor club and a business service center.
The MOffice business community is a brand new service brand under Merchants Shekou. The community aims to integrate space, ecosystems and resources to provide diverse intelligent services.
The investor club that was newly set up in the center will attract more high-level companies and help optimize the area's investment environment.
The new business service center offers services related to culture, sports, lifestyle and public welfare to better serve Aspire's companies and talents.
