The Pre-Expo Supply-demand Matchmaking Meeting for Consumer Goods Exhibition Area, Trade in Services Exhibition Area and Buyers Invitation Roadshow of the sixth China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in the Hongqiao International Central Business District on July 6.
Greenland Global Commodity Trading Hub, a "6+365" exhibition and trading platform in the West Hongqiao Area, took part in the event as both a buyer and an exhibitor, bringing several overseas brands, including Del Sur from Argentina, PAKPERSIAN CARPETS from Pakistan, Biraro from Afghanistan, and Frati from Italy.
During the event, the hub displayed numerous popular products from the previous editions of the CIIE with the aim of helping upgrade domestic consumption.
The hub is one year-round platform for the CIIE to help overseas companies explore the Chinese market through roadshows, negotiations, and exhibitions.
It plans to set up a food and agricultural produce area and a consumer goods area, both covering 600 square meters at the sixth CIIE.
Moreover, the comprehensive strategy integrates an intricate blueprint for the establishment of a total of 20 distinguished national exhibition halls that will impeccably exhibit an extensive array of first-rate comestibles and potables, as well as pristine produce, salubrious products, refined leather goods, elegant clothing and accessories, exquisite jewelry, and exquisite cosmetics, all seamlessly showcasing the dynamic diversity of 40 distinct countries and regions.
The hub will also debut at the innovation incubation section of the CIIE, aiming to introduce innovative technology and solutions from overseas micro, small and medium startups.
