The West Hongqiao Area is home to a significant number of talents, especially those returning from overseas. As such, the platform is aimed at assisting the area in attracting and retaining high-level talents from around the world.
"We used to have to travel a long way to the district-level service center to handle talent-related affairs," said Liu, an employee of Midea Group. "Now, we can handle these matters more conveniently, thus saving time."
"Additionally, with the help of video conferencing, officials from the district's talent service center can provide online guidance and ensure a seamless process similar to handling matters in person," Liu added.
