Qianwan Park is an essential ecological area in the Qianwan Area. It covers around 76 hectares in the Minhang Area of the Shanghai Hongqiao Central Business District and is designed to be an ecological landmark in the Yangtze River Delta region.

The park's first phase covers about 10.34 hectares and was launched in 2022. It lies in the cultural Qianwan Area within the park's three major zones, and extends from Hezangpu in the east to Liangyou Road in the west, and from Jizhan Road in the south to Hongwei River in the north.

The structures include Qianwan Square, which features a central lawn spanning over 10,000 square meters, six gardens and four corridors located on both side. These landscapes adopt natural stones, water and flowers in the six western gardens, and the four corridors located in the eastern area bear the names "Chunshen," "Gusu," "Zhijiang," and "Jianghuai."

The Water Reflection Stage, which is located to the west of the central lawn and the Delta Water Sleeve, is the most recognizable building in the first phase. It faces the International Cultural Arts Center on the east side and brings together the integrated design of the surrounding square, water and lawn.

Changjiang Delta Water Sleeve, which is another significant feature in the area, extends 150 meters from the Changjiang Delta's 600-kilometer-long basin region. The sleeve showcases 26 important cities, mountains and medium and large lakes in Shanghai city, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and Anhui provinces.

Qianwan Square, with its central lawn, is the park's primary attraction and is suitable for various activities such as relaxing, family camping, grass music festivals and corporate team-building events, making it an excellent platform for showcasing the Qianwan Area's multifaceted development and future sustainable prospects.
