Hubo, the 1,200-meter-long underground commercial street that connects the Hongqiao transportation hub and the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) recently reopened in Shanghai.
An eye-catching black lettered guide on a white backdrop is used to beautify the newly restored Hubo commercial street, which features an industrial design. The new concept stores, short-lived pop-up shops, exhibition planning and experience space, and multipurpose activity area are intended to create a 365-day art IP and commodities display as well as an innovative experience.
The HUB Mall is where Hubo gets its name. On the one hand, it is significant in that it links the nearby businesses, and on the other hand, as a spinoff of The HUB Mall, it is a hip location with a sociable atmosphere in Shanghai. Therefore, according to an executive of The HUB Mall, businesses with eye-catching potential, vitality, and interest can draw in more customers.
On the western side of Hubo, there is a professional platform for luxury second-hand trading called ZZER. Customers can enjoy a novel self-service shopping experience at its 3,000-square-meter first phase luxury goods warehouse. It is expected to function as an upscale consignment and retail location with a total area of around 10,000 square meters once all areas are open.
A unique retail store called UNPOP STORE is also slated to launch soon. It sells innovative goods that appeal to young people and is situated next to the mall and the entrance to the Hongqiao Railway Station.
The entire Hubo project is expected to be completed in the first half of this year and intends to attract multi-trend enthusiasts, foster dialogues and exchanges, and explore the future of business.
