Item 2: Registration of business license (Domestic-funded companies are allowed to register for a business license online, while foreign-funded companies need to submit application materials offline, printing relevant documents after online application)
1: Authority: Market access approval department of the administrative approval bureau
2: Required documents:
1) Application form for enterprise's establishment;
2) Notification of pre-approved enterprise's name;
3) Original document of investor's subject qualification certificate, which shall consist of the subject qualifications for name pre-approval;
4) Articles of association (the last page is recommended to be left blank, except for signatures, for easy modification);
5) Copies of appointment documents and identity certificates of the legal representative, directors, supervisors and managers, elected in accordance with the provisions of company law and the articles of association;
6) Certificate of use of residence;
7) Screenshot of real-name authentication, which is not required for people of foreign nationalities.
