The public security bureau of Taixing city, located in East China's Jiangsu province, established an integrated public security service window in the convenient service center of the Taixing Economic Development Zone on July 21.
It made the move to better serve local economic development and the initiative has subsequently paid dividends.
According to the latest numbers, over the past five months of operation, the window has provided public security and government services to more than 2,500 people.

Since the establishment, 11 categories of 36 high-frequency matters, such as traffic management, household registrations, entries and exits and hazardous chemicals procurement and transportation, have become much more convenient for enterprises and locals to handle.
To streamline things, the city's public security bureau deployed over 20 police officers and auxiliary police officers to man the public security service window in the Taixing EDZ on a rotating basis.
This has enabled more enterprises and people to benefit from the high-quality services.
The Taixing EDZ was one of the first 13 provincial-level development zones established in the province and it was also the earliest fine chemical industrial park in the country.
After more than 30 years of development, the zone has attracted over 100 businesses from more than 20 countries to invest in and settle there.
