According to the Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu, seven enterprises from Taicang were recently recognized among the sixth batch of national specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative (SRDI) "little giant" enterprises, bringing the city’s total number to 26.

SRDI "little giant" enterprises are those that focus on segmented markets and have strong innovation capabilities, high market shares, mastery of key technologies, excellent quality, and high efficiency. The newly recognized enterprises in Taicang specialize in high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, and biopharmaceuticals.

Looking ahead, Taicang plans to continue promoting the transformation and upgrading of local enterprises, aiming to help more companies achieve recognition as SRDI "little giant" enterprises.
