Regular meetings are being held to discuss the progress of the planned projects, with the aim to accelerate the construction process.
In terms of strengthening collaboration, the management of industrial projects throughout their lifecycle is being emphasized.
What's more, key milestones are being closely monitored to ensure that functional areas provide efficient services in the form of proxy applications, pre-approvals and parallel approval processes.
Municipal departments responsible for resource allocation are also boosting their support to expedite project construction.
Furthermore, a project steward mechanism has been implemented to help and support for all key projects.
Under the system, each project is assigned a dedicated individual to ensure effective follow-ups and the resolution of any issues that may arise.
This proactive approach is said to be optimizing the business environment and supporting project development – showcasing the high-tech zone's commitment to facilitating economic growth and attracting investment.
