The goal of the campaigns is to attract top talent and support the development of regional industries.
The Hefei high-tech zone has conducted job fairs since September in seven cities and 23 universities. They received over 29,000 resumes, with 64.8 percent of them being master's degree and doctorate degree resumes.
The recruitment efforts have focused on universities in Anhui province and other key institutions in different regions. The aim is to attract graduates in fields such as engineering, project management and finance.
The job fairs are widely said to have been successful in creating a strong atmosphere of job-seeking and employment, both online and offline.
They've also attracted over 300 companies, including Chinese AI pioneer iFlytek and 38 research centers. The recruitment drive has also targeted the specific needs of industries in the region, such as the quantum computing industry.
With its focus on development, the aim of the Hefei high-tech zone is to utilize the expertise of talented individuals to further drive innovation and growth in the region's high-tech industries.
