The project, occupying a site covering 170 mu (11.3 hectares) with a total floor space of 334,000 square meters, cost 1.8 billion yuan ($250 million) and is expected to generate an annual output value of over 1.5 billion yuan and annual tax revenue of over 80 million yuan.
The corporate headquarters aim to accelerate the development and upgrading of the integrated circuits industry in the city and provide a platform for innovation.
The project includes the construction of individual headquarters, standardized factories, public service platforms, incubators and comprehensive support facilities.
The factory buildings are designed to be flexible, offering diverse spaces ranging from 1,000 sq m to 7,000 sq m for companies in the park.
The modern facade design and well-planned public spaces between the buildings are said to create a comfortable and inviting environment.
Since the start of the project, the Hefei high-tech zone has made use of innovative technologies and construction methods to solve various challenges and to improve construction efficiency.
