Hong Kong stock market helps Hefei companies to list shares
An event was held recently aimed at promoting the share market listing of companies – that are based in East China's Anhui province – on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
It involved the visit of senior representatives of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, or the HKEX, which operates the Hong Kong bourse.
The event took place on June 15 in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, located in Hefei city, the provincial capital.
The main purpose was to strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Anhui province and the HKEX, expand overseas listing channels for Anhui enterprises and further guide financial capital to support scientific and technological innovation and industrial development.
The event comprised speeches and training delivered by top experts from leading brokerages, accounting and law firms.
