Through the committed efforts of the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, or Heifei high-tech zone – located in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province – the area has witnessed remarkable achievements in promoting the livelihood and well-being of its people as well as its business environment this year.

This year, Hefei high-tech zone has created favorable conditions for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. For example, it has helped iFLYTEK and Guochuang Software Co Ltd – two major enterprises – offer timely support to Hefei Panchromatic Light Display Technology Co Ltd, a start-up company in the zone.

The numbers speak for themselves. Since 2022, a total of 125 enterprises have received timely guidance from members of the Hefei High-tech Zone team.

The zone has also investigated and solved 1,812 conflicts and disputes between residents and enterprises this year, involving 63 complex and difficult matters such as real estate construction and financial investment, and has solved 1,752 cases, with a resolution rate of 96.6 percent.

Over 50 activities including advocating favorable policies and providing door-to-door services have been organized this year.
