Yunnan Baiyao Group, a well-known Chinese medical company, opened a medical device research and development (R&D) and production project at the National Health Big Data Industrial Park in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone on Aug 2.

Operated by Yunnan Baiyao Group Medical Technology Hefei Co Ltd, the project will focus on developing medical products related to chronic diseases, pain diagnoses and treatments, and eye health that meet the demands in modern clinical medical care.

Wang Minghui, chairman of Yunnan Baiyao Group, said that Yunnan Baiyao Group mobilizes resources to boost the development of Yunnan Baiyao Group Medical Technology Hefei Co Ltd and strives to build the company into a leader in the modern medical device industry.
