Anhui Medical University and Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone have joined together to hold two job fairs for medical graduates.

On May 20, they opened a special job fair for biomedicine and medical engineering graduates.

On March 8, the zone held an on-campus job fair at the university and 42 biomedical enterprises in the zone brought more than 3,200 job vacancies.

"We accurately classify graduates and actively contact relevant institutions and enterprises in the medical industry and regional health commissions to carry out special recruiting," said Ma Juncheng, director of the Students' Affairs Office and the Student Employment Guidance Center of Anhui Medical University.

Ma said that these efforts help create a smooth green channel between employers and graduates, and help achieve precise matching for job-seekers and available positions.

This year, leaders of Anhui Medical University have visited nearly 80 enterprises in order to expand employment among college graduates.

Gu Jiashan, secretary of the Party committee of Anhui Medical University, said that the visits focus on creating more jobs for graduates and promote in-depth cooperation with various employers to further improve talent training and the needs of employers.
