Anhui Medical University and Hefei-based biotechnology company HPBIO unveiled a medical biotechnology joint laboratory on May 25.

The two signed a science and technology achievements transfer contract and a university-company cooperation agreement on the same day.

Government officials of Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, where HPBIO is located, also attended the signing ceremony. They said the local government will give full support to promote cooperation between the university and the company in terms of talent cultivation, scientific research and social services.
